Saturday, all day.

This morning I got my hair done, and I found out one of the operators has quit. I wonder if this shop will go out of business, like the other one in the neighborhood. Then I'll have to fix my own hair! Darn. Karen came over after lunch and we had a good visit. She said Candace may come down soon, for just a weekend, I guess. But it would be nice to see her. After Karen left we watched an old movie, "The Planet of the Apes". I had forgotten most of it, even though I had read it and then seen it years ago. As I remember it, there are sequels. I missed seeing Rick Steves' travelogue later, and I'm sorry about that. I can see places on his shows that I'll probably not see in person. Bu we'll see the usual Brit shows later.
