Hooray for Harry Potter!

We decided this morning to go see the Harry Potter movie that just opened. We went to the 10:15 a.m. show, and finally got out about 12:45. The actors were great, but the movie was too loud and too dark for us to greatly enjoy it. Maybe they just need a different director. We got a big fish sandwich at Burger King for lunch, and then came home. I spent the afternoon reading in the sci-fi book, "Midworld", by Alan Dean Foster. It seems vaguely familiar! Karen got home OK, and we will see her tomorrow or the next day. We called Carla and wished her Happy Birthday. Kaye was on her way to pick up Race for a visit home.
