Too many plums.

This morning I was going to make more plum jam and then do the washing. but Russ insisted on making the jam--his mother had taught him how when he was young. So, I did the washing, and he made the jam. We still had a bucket full of plums, and I thought of throwing them away, but Russ suggested we give them to the Mexican family in Tom and Beth Wieland's former home. So I called, and said I would bring them over to them, but Russ wouldn't let me take them over to them on the fancy walker. The daughter, Elizabeth came over, when she saw us outside, and she carried it. She's strong for a young girl! Russ was tired after making all that jam, so I cleaned up the kitchen, and then we watched a little TV together.
