Another busy day.

This morning we drove to the shopping center and bought greeting cards, anniversary and birthday, bought some milk and came home again. After lunch we drove to the Kaiser Pharmacy, and then we came home by way of the beach, where we walked a little while. We bought gas (it's down to $2.76) on the way back. Russ (Chris) dropped me off at Karen's house, and she drove us in her Jaguar to visit teach Loraine Pepper. Loraine had just got back from her trip on the Danube River, and she and Karen had a lot to talk about. We stayed an hour, at least twice as long as we should have for that kind of a visit. But we all enjoyed it. Loraine went up the river, and Karen and Terry went down it last year. I didn't do anything on genealogy, except put it away, darn.
