It's hot again.

I had my hair fixed and then came home and finished the Agatha Christie novel I have been reading. Karen came over after dinner, driving her Jaguar. She keeps it for special times, when the weather is good and she can enjoy the top down. I'm glad she can have the things she really wants. I watched Rick Steves in Tuscany, and it looked very nice. Also, he was there in person on channel PBS, helping them to ask people for money to run the channel. That's about the third time this year they have been asking for money. We send a donation once a year, but that's all. I like several of their programs, but not all. It's usually better than the commercial channels.
