It's still summer.

We wore our hearing aids all day, but I don't know if it helped. I'll try again tomorrow. We went to the Kaiser pharmacy for a refill, and then we stopped at Tamarack Beach for our walk. We went from one lifeguard station to the next, but rested several times on the way there and back. It was a nice warm day, and the waves were big. At home again, we had lunch, and then Karen came over, bringing us goodies from Trader Joe's. She stayed a while to visit. After she left I read in "Absolute Power", and finally, after dinner I finished it. It was a good book, in spite of the raunchy beginning.
