Another day of waiting.

Today has gone by pretty much the same as yesterday. We have stayed inside, though, and have not gone anywhere because of the breathing problems outside. The smoke is everywhere. We have been watching old movies on TV in the living room, and the fire reports on the TV in the family room. Karen came over, and since Harriette Long wants to buy a ring, Karen brought samples of stones and catalogs of settings for her to look at. That took up a little time. I hope Karen stays inside tomorrow, the smoke in the air won't do her any good, either. The Long's son will be over as soon as people are allowed to go back to Fallbrook, and take Don to check on the house there. That is, if the fires don't change again and go to where he lives in Lakeside.
