Another good day.

Things are still improving; both Karen and Russ are getting better. They will have their blood tests later in the week, and I will get my hearing aid back. That's real progress. We have spent our Columbus Day quietly. We have watched the TV shows on that and on other topics we are interest in, like the history of water in the U.S. and other historic events. Tonight we will see a special on Columbus and his last voyage, after we have read in the big book on Jesus Christ and the history of that period that Karen lent us before she went on their trip. I'm going to try to get a copy of it; it's huge and heavy, but there's a lot of information in it. And it's up- to- date on the Dead Sea Scrolls and everything.
