My hearing is better.

We got a slow start this morning, but we were ready when Karen arrived to take us to my appointment to pick up my hearing aid. We drove to Hear-X in Vista, and they put in the hearing aid. I thought it was OK, but when I got home I found it was too loud. When Russ takes his in to have it adjusted, I will have them turn down mine. We stopped for lunch on the way home, and we heard about Karen and Terry's trip to see the leaves in New England and Eastern Canada. They enjoyed it, but came home not too well. However, Karen is improving, and I hope Terry will soon. We spent a quiet afternoon and evening, after our first adventure out of the house together this week.
