This morning we woke up, and Danya and Matt were already up, waiting for us by the Christmas tree. They had brought gifts for us, and put them under the tree. After we opened them, they went to Karen's for breakfast and opening presents there. About 2 p.m. we went also to Karen's for Christmas dinner. Al was there too. Karen and Mike got out their meat done in the pit barbecue, but it wasn't entirely cooked. Fortunately they could finish the process in Terry's smoker, and eventually we all had a good dinner. It was nice to visit with everybody, and we stayed until it was almost dark, and then came home. Later Danya and Matt got here and played a few games of cards. We also had nice phone visits with Kaye and Carla and their families, Kendra Gillian, and also our nephew Ladel Harris. All in all, it has been a nice Christmas.
