I slept in a while this morning, so I was behind schedule all day. Karen came over and picked up a piece of fruitcake from what Carla gave us, to give to one of our women we visit. I didn't feel up to going with her. This lady had given us herb tea and a slice of fruitcake last year. Not everyone likes fruitcake, but Chris and I certainly do. Our Wedding cake was fruitcake made by his mother. I read a while in the book Karen had loaned me, and it's still good. Chris went back to Home Depot and got two grab bars for the front bathroom, and a man to install them. He did a good job; the tile isn't cracked anywhere. I'm glad it 's done, we don't need to worry anymore about maybe slipping getting in and out of the tub or shower. We ate the rest of the Quiche Lorraine that Karen made, for lunch, and baked fish and potatoes for dinner. All were very good.
