A rainy day to watch movies at home.

We have spent a quiet day at home. It has showered off and on all day. Only as the sun went down, did we see it. And of course we couldn't see the full eclipse of the moon. Kaye saw it though. Today I did manage to file away the Christmas cards we received this Christmas. I just didn't feel up to it earlier. Karen came over for a while today, and she's busy getting ready to leave for Lynn and Jamie's house tomorrow. She has a train ticket, but she'll have to rent a car in Santa Barbara, and can't return it on Sunday. So, she's thinking of just driving her car, even though it's still raining most of the way. This afternoon we watched the movie "Planet of the Apes, No. 3" It was not really worth the $5 that Chris paid for it; neither were some old John Wayne movies he got, too, for $5. Tonight we watched an old "Star Trek 2nd Generation" Kaye had sent, and that was better.
