Reorganization in the house.
This morning the woman from Angels' Care arrived at 8:30. We had finished our breakfast, so I was free to get her started doing things. First she changed the bed and then did the washing. While the washer and drier were doing their jobs, I had her straighten out the linen closet. She did a good job of it, and then I had her label the shelves with what was on them, so we can keep the closet neat from now on. There are no plastic baskets in there.
While she was working at that, I put my foot up and put on the moist hot pack. As the loads of washing came back into the house, I put the things away. We were all done by 12:30, and I paid her and she left. She'll come back in 2 weeks.
While we were doing those things, Chris had reorganized the filing cabinet, and it will be much easier to find things there now. Then we left to have lunch with Don and Harriette Long at the Home Town Buffet. It was a good visit, too. And they returned the pillows they took home by accident when they went back home after the fire was over in the east county. Their house was not burned, neither was Lenon Bezzant's. But her grand daughter's was.
