Things are looking up.

I forgot to call Ethel Hodges today, so I made a note to call in the morning. This has been a good day. I have kept the warmth on my leg, and it really helps stop the pain. After lunch I lay down on the bed for a rest, as Kaye suggested, and it really helps to rest flat. Karen came over and brought us our dinner, and it was good. She and Terry are going to Tuscon tomorrow, for the gem show. They will stay only one night, and come back the next night. I'm glad Terry feels up to a short trip; more like that will probably gradually get him ready for their cruise of the Greek islands in May. Karen went to church this morning, and I asked her to tell our friends hello, and she did. They are all nice people. We all have problems now and then, and it helps to know people do care, when it's you who isn't well. They sent good wishes. Kaye and Carla both called, too, and we had nice visits on the phone.
