Two days' blog.

I didn't write last night, so here is a quick review of what happened. We were expecting our laundry lady at 10 a.m., but she didn't show up. I called, but she wasn't home. After a while she called back, and we arranged that she would come on Wednesday at 2 p.m. when she got done with her job at a rest home. After she left we had lunch, and then Karen called to say she was back from her visit in L.A. with Danya. That was good news. The traffic is still heavy in spite of the price of gas. Today, we went shopping at Boney's grocery, had lunch at Burger King, and came home to rest and read the paper. My husband slept; he was tired after sleeping in our our regular bed after spending all that time sleeping in the hospital bed. We didn't put clean sheets on the hospital bed, so he will try the regular bed again tonight. I'd like to get rid of the hospital bed and have the carpets cleaned; they are a mess.
