I slept in this morning. When I finally got going, Chris and I drove to Smart and Final and bought 5 lbs of cheese and a cocoa mix, and some cans of caffeine-free Dr. Pepper. Then we went to the bank and sent to Kaye the money we owed her. By then it was noon, so we went to Burger King and had big fish sandwiches. Later in the afternoon Karen and I went out to do our visiting teaching. Nancy Barnhard (92Yrs old) has her daughter, grandson and his girlfriend all living with her now. Nancy spends most of her time in her sewing room, making cute little dresses for granddaughters, and piecing quilts.. Then we went to see Jane Odou, and she has her granddaughter, about 2, with her. The granddaughter spent the time eating the candied popcorn Karen had made, and used stuff a little Santa she bought, that had a jar for the middle of his body. Karen had given one to Nancy, too. Our last lady called a little earlier to tell us she couldn't have us visit today, but next week instead. Our latest news of Caden is that he tries to open his eyes and kicks his little feet. He is alive!
