This morning we went to breakfast, and then I went outside and sat on a bench and read the paper. I couldn't decide whether or not to go to the water exercise, but when the sun finally came out I decided to go. I went back upstairs and put on my suit and went to the pool. The class was half over, but I went in anyway, and that was enough exercise for me anyway.
When I got back to the apartment and had my shower, I didn't really want to go to lunch. So, I had half a left-over ham sandwich and half of a food bar. Chris wasn't hungry, either. I spent the afternoon reading in two different books, Patty Briggs' new book Kaye had sent me, and the memoir of the woman here in Las Villas. They were so different, it was an interesting experience.
Later we went to dinner and met a new lady, who lives across the hall, next to Harry Richardson, whom we had met earlier in the month. She was nervous and talkative, hopes to be here only two weeks. But she had a care giver with her when she came in and when she left, so it may be longer, if she doesn't get better enough to leave.
