I just read all the mistakes on the last blog, so I'll be sure to re-read this one so I will pick them up. I missed writing yesterday, I guess just because we didn't do much. You could say that about today too. We did go to the Kaiser Clinic down the coast a little way. I was to have my blood pressure taken again by a professional. Well, it turned out that the nurse who took it was not a registered nurse, but a student, from Palomar. She had to review all my medications, and I had only an out-of-date list in my purse. She wanted to make sure I was taking everything I should. Well, I couldn't remember all of them, so I had her call Chris in. He remembered, because he took care of them when I was still confused after the pneumonia in the hospital. I guess I'm still a little confused. Anyway, the blood pressure was normal, so all is well.
On the way back to Las Villas we stopped at Tamarack Beach. We went for a walk along the sidewalk next to the beach, and we enjoyed it. Although the sun was not entirely out, the ocean was clear and almost flat, except for the waves that came up on the shore. There were two surfers with longboards who had a paddle, and the stood on the boards and paddled along. They even rode a couple of waves that way. That's the first time I have seen them ride a wave successfully.

My fault on the med list, I must not have left the proper list for you! I'll email now.
