The electric power was off briefly last evening, and that threw our electric clocks off. We slept a little later, but that didn't matter because we made it to breakfast the last half hour. After that we went to get the car serviced and the smog control checked, so we can get new license plates. We got back in time for lunch, and then we went downstairs to read the newspaper, since we don't take it ourselves anymore. There are always copies to be read, at the front desk, and the people here can read them in the coffee shop and then give them back. I just talked to Kaye, and she told me to call Dr Donahoe's office to find out why I am to restrict my fluids to 1000cc a day. I should know why, and then alter my diet to include power drinks. I hate to be in the dark of why I should do things, and Kaye is right. I will call first thing in the morning. I don't know if I told him I am cold all the time, and I sleep a lot. I did try this afternoon to clean up my desk, but I will have to work on it again tomorrow. We don't have anything special on our schedule, so I have a lot of time to do it. I mailed my letter to Claudia, so now I should be able to collect our Christmas cards we received, and throw away last year's, and put the new ones in the file I keep for cards. And then there are a lot of medical files I must check over, and record them in my little book I keep for that. Those things will keep me busy tomorrow.
