I just read Kaye's comment on my yesterday's blog. I feel better about the whole thing, and now I won't worry anymore about it. Kaye was right that those people have a lot of last names to remember, so using first names isn't really insulting. I guess I was just showing my age when I felt hurt by it. Today we did the usual, but we didn't go to the exercise class, because it was the harder one, and Chris wasn't feeling up to it today. Instead we just stayed here, and we tried to get my appointment for a driver's license test set up on the computer. We didn't get it done, so Karen said she would come over and help us, which she did in the middle of the afternoon. I now have an appointment for April 14 at 10 o'clock. That gives me plenty of time to study the book and practice on the roads around the DMV. I meant to go for a walk this afternoon, but I never did get it done. Maybe tomorrow, after the Gentle Yoga class. The weather has been good, and I could have gone to the pool for that exercise class, but I didn't think of it in time. I will walk the hall for a little while before going to bed, and maybe that will be enough exercise. The halls are almost entirely deserted this time of night, except for an occasional staff member. I think Chris is just tired today, and he should feel better after a good night's sleep. I'll make sure he gets to bed at a reasonable time. He likes to play games on the computer and sometimes forgets it's getting so late.
