There wasn't the Gentle Yoga class this morning, so after breakfast we came back to the apartment. We read the paper, and then I remembered I hadn't done the washing this week. So, we gathered it up and put it in our folding cart and took it down the laundry room. Someone was using the two driers, but the two washers were empty, so I started right away. While the clothes washed I read in "Bone Crossed", Pattie's book just before the new one coming out next month. I had to go back upstairs for hangers I had forgotten to bring down, and since it was lunch time, Chris suggested we have lunch, and then go get the clothes that would be dry by the time we got back there. So, we did that. After I had most of the things put away after we got them back to the apartment, Karen came over. She brought us frozen dinners from her freezer, so we could have them for our dinner. And we did, and they were very good. She also told us Uncle Al had been sick, and she took him to the hospital yesterday. She was said she would come back for him, today, but his girl friend and legal advisor called her, and said she was going to go bring him back to his apartment. He used to have Karen for his execator, until he met this girl and evidently fell for her. she has a regular boy friend, and evidently is just using Al for what she can get out of him. That's awful, but what can we do about it? Nothing. We talked to Carla and Rex from the Big Island of Hawaii, where they are vacationing at Karen's time-share there. They seem to be really enjoying it. Also, we talked to Kaye, about our maybe coming up to see them in their new house sometime this summer.
