After our busy day yesterday, we decided to take it easy today. We didn't get up when the alarm went off, just shut it off. An hour and a half later later we got up and had our showers. We were too late for the regular breakfast, so we just ate what was in the little kitchenette, a piece of corn bread, half a sandwich, a hot drink each, and a couple of bananas. By the time I was ready to leave the apartment, it was time for the Gentle Yoga class. So, we went. But Chris didn't stay, because he started to cough and couldn't seem to stop. He left and went for a walk outside, I found out later. By then it was time for the religious sing-along in the lobby, so I went down and sang with them. Chris didn't.
Back at the apartment I read a while, and then we went to lunch. After that we went back to the apartment, and Chris got his blogs all together on this new computer, and I read again, and I did nap a little, but I didn't realize it; he had to tell me. We went to dinner about 5 p.m., and we talked to another couple there for a while. Back at the apartment at 6 we watched the news on TV until 8 p.m., and then I arranged for a ride to Jack Jones funeral in Fallbrook on Saturday, and then we ordered flowers for the occasion, from us and from the Plylers, with whom we are going.
Since then I have studied the instructions on my cell phone, which I have never really learned to use well. Now it is time to get ready for bed, so I'll close here.
