This day started as usual, except that I went to breakfast alone while Chris rested in the apartment. I brought his back to him, and he ate it all. I hurried a little to get ready for my dental appointment. Karen came and picked me up about 9:40, and drive me to the dentist. He put a crown on my tooth that he had prepared about 3 weeks ago, and it fit perfectly. It took only about 15 minutes, and then I was ready to leave. But I had to call Karen and tell her, because she didn't expect me to be ready for an hour. I called her cell phone and left a message. Soon she called back, and said she was in the drugstore just in the same shopping area, so she came very soon for me. We drove back to Las Villas de Carlsbad, and she stayed just a while to visit, then left. We had our lunch, and then came back to the apartment. I rested a while, then wrote some checks that were due. Then I went to the dining room and brought back two dinners. Chris and I ate them, and then watched TV for a while. There was a very interesting program on the many galaxies in our universe. It gives you a lot to think about, especially on how small our world really is.
